This training was terrific because it gave step by step instructions for the statement process from start to finish as well as role playing skits. It gave a new perspective and reinforcement on essential tenets of statements and procedures/standards.
This is the first time that the statement process has been fully explained and why it is such an important and powerful tool that can protect the company without over-burdening the insured.
